International Journal of Physical Education, Sports, Health and Nutrition is a leading high-quality international open access, peer-reviewed and refereed, multidisciplinary and online research journal. International Journal of Physical Education, Sports, Health and Nutrition invites applications for Editorial/Reviewer Board Members. The quality of the journal is of utmost importance as it serves as a strong foundation for scholarly research in the fields of physical education, sports sciences, health and nutrition. Keeping these objectives in mind, International Journal of Physical Education, Sports, Health and Nutrition invites professional academicians, subject experts and experienced researchers from across the globe to serve as editors and reviewers to ensure the academic quality and integrity of the journal’s publications. Subject experts and researchers meeting the following qualifications and experience are encouraged to join us and contribute to the journal’s global academic recognition.


Editorial/Reviewer Board Requirements:

  • The applicant should be a PhD (Doctorate) holder and should be working as an Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor in a recognized Institution or University. Alternatively, the applicant may hold a Master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of teaching or research experience as an Assistant Professor (as per UGC norms).
  • The applicant must have sound academic and research experience in his/her specific area related to physical education, sports sciences, health or nutrition.
  • The applicant should have at least five research papers published in reputed international journals or conference proceedings.

The Responsibility of the Peer Reviewer:

The peer reviewer is responsible for critically reading and evaluating the submitted manuscript within their area of expertise and providing an objective, constructive and scholarly assessment. Reviewers should offer clear feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of the manuscript, assess its originality, relevance, methodological rigor and academic contribution, and provide suggestions to improve the overall quality of the paper.


Please consider the following before reviewing a manuscript:

  • If a reviewer receives a manuscript that does not fall within their area of expertise, they should immediately inform the editor and, if possible, recommend an alternative suitable reviewer.
  • The review of any manuscript should normally be completed within two weeks. If the reviewer is unable to meet the deadline due to unavoidable circumstances, the editor should be informed in advance.
  • Reviewers must treat all manuscripts and related information as confidential and privileged material.
  • Reviewers should decline to review manuscripts in cases where there is a potential conflict of interest involving the authors, institutions or organizations associated with the research.
